What Others Say

Amy and the Hickory Ridge catering team are top notch. Great planning partners, excellent presentation, and most of all terrific tasting food! They simply make stuff happen: created on request custom apps for us and even made a mid event supplies run to backfill things we were responsible for. You all do it well!

We used HR Preferred Catering for a private dinner event for about 100ppl. They were prompt and set up a very neat and organized serving station with nice warming pans. The food was excellent and a generous serving amount. We will definitely be using them again for future large events.

Douglas Hess

The food was amazing, and the customer service was great. They were flexible and accommodating, and everyone at our corporate event was raving about how soft the brisket was and how delicious everything was. We are currently in the process of ordering again and will continue to for years to come.
